Fire Risk  Assessments:
To inspect your premises and produce a written report which complies with the Regulatory Reform Fire Order 2005. This report will identify the fire hazards in your workplace and identify the control measures required to minimise the risk.

Accreditation Service:
Fixed cost to achieve accreditation with third party companies SSIP members such as CHAS, Exor, Safe Contractor, Construction Line, Achilles, Altius, Builders profile etc.  We also complete questionnaires on behalf of subcontractors for many of the large, medium or small construction companies.

Health & Safety Policy & RAMS Service:                                                                  To assemble the information and develop a unique specific company health & safety Policy based on the work activities you perform. To develop site specific risk assessments and safe methods of working for any particular project you may need to undertake.

Construction Design Managament (CDM) Coordinator:                                                                                                                                    For any clients appointing a principal contractor to perform construction work with a duration greater than 30 days or will involve more than 500 person days of work.
This service will include a site visit to assess the environment and construction process, F10 notification to the HSE and development of a 'Pre-Construction' information to be included in the tender package. In addition we will validate the competency of any appointed Principal contractor and check insurance documentation to ensure it meets the requirements of the project.

CDM Health & Safety Plans:
For principal contractors with projects lasting longer than 30 days or will involve more than 500 person days of work. The service will include a site inspection, review of architectural and structural engineer drawings to develop a site specific Construction Phase health & safety plan. We will also provide asisstenace in the development of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for any projects undertaken.
